Upgrade with room to grow
Sooooo...oooooooooooo much amend than before for raffles. Huge upgrade over having to enter all info every time you entered. That being said, the rest of the app is ok. Actual sales items are kind of here and there, product details/pics are tough to navigate and really go a feel for. But.. only the comeback in the raffle system makes this a full win. Now fine time some other aspects and this is a 5star engine.
Stay far away!
Terrible app—takes more than than 30sec JUST TO LOAD! Doesn't transport notifications even when they're enabled in the app settings & iPhone settings. Raffles for anything hyped are 100% rigged. You won't win. I've won one raffle in 2yrs for some non-hyped shoes which took over a calendar month to exist delivered—in a trounce-up box. Reached out to customer service thru the app & on Twitter more a dozen times. Did not hear a unmarried thing dorsum from them—Naught. The squad is either way in over their head, completely incompetent, or a agglomeration of scammers. They have extremely low inventory (if whatever, to be honest—more on that below) of lousy, overpriced merch. I doubtable they're actually just flippers doing everything ad-hoc & that releases & raffles are just them selling whatever they're able to cop w/ bots from legit sites/drops. This is why I suspect information technology took over a month to become my shoes—they probable sold more than they were able to cop w/ bots during the drop & had to procure them elsewhere. This likewise explains the numerous complaints of them canceling paid orders—similar if they sold 500 pairs, but were only able to cop 400. This is purely speculation, but it would explicate why SNS operates like a third-charge per unit, bottom-of-the-barrel "retailer".
App won't send me verification text (tin can't enter raffles)
Giving this app a 1 star until they tin't fix these technical issues I'thousand having. I accept been trying for a week now to get a verification text sent to me so that I can apply the app equally intended. Right now, the app has been able to verify my payment method and billing accost but for some reason they won't send me a verification text for my phone number. I've tweeted so and haven't heard anything back. I fabricated sure to enter a '1' before my phone number and that isn't fixing anything. I always created an business relationship for my wife and her phone number wasn't sent a verification text either. Non sure what to do to fix this and so hopefully someone at SNS will read this and can throw me a bone. I'k nigh to miss out on this raffle opportunity for these shoes I've been eyeing for a minute. Please SNS, help a playa out with this technical issue!
